Symmetra Gets a Buff in the Latest Overwatch PTR Update – Full Patch Notes

Joe O'Brien

The latest update to the Overwatch PTR features a Symmetra buff and a series of bug fixes.

A more minor patch amid a series of major updates, the latest addition to the PTR buffs Symetra’s primary fire, while also attending to several bugs, including one that would allow Junkrat to maintain infinite ammo.

Also on the PTR right now are a host of other hero changes, including adjustments to almost the entire Support line-up. It seems that amid a series of major changes – both the addition of Wrecking Ball and significant reworks to the likes of Hanzo and Symmetra, with a Torbjörn overhaul in the works – Blizzard isn’t ignoring the more minor adjustments that might be needed.

Blizzard has been incredibly active with the PTR recently. Not only has new hero Wrecking Ball gone into testing – now with a confirmed release date – but Sombra is also set for some big changes, and there has been a near constant flow of new features and tuning of existing content in recent months.
